At Golf Sim OnDemand ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to ensure a seamless rental experience for launch monitors, pop-up hitting nets, mat simulator packages, or related equipment ("Equipment"). This Shipping and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for delivery, returns, and refunds. By renting from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with your rental.
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on our website. Your continued use signifies acceptance of any revised Policy.
1. Shipping and Delivery
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping both ways for all rentals—delivery to your designated address and return shipping back to us. This includes standard ground shipping within the continental U.S.
Delivery Timeframe: Equipment is shipped within 3-5 business days prior to your reservation start date, typically arriving within 3-5 business days based on your location. We utilize reliable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and provide tracking information via email.
Shipping Restrictions: Rentals are currently available only within the continental U.S. International or expedited shipping is not offered but may be arranged at your expense upon request.
Delivery Requirements: You must provide a valid shipping address and be available for signature if required. Please inspect the Equipment upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or force majeure events.
Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to you upon delivery and reverts to us upon return to the shipping carrier for return to Golf Sim OnDemand.
2. Returns and Return Shipping
Return Process: Return the Equipment by the end date specified in your rental agreement. Utilize the provided prepaid return label to ship it back via the same carrier, packaging it securely in the original or provided case to avoid damage fees.
Condition of Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear. Report any issues during the rental immediately.
Late Returns: Late returns incur a daily fee equivalent to the daily rental rate. If not returned within 7 days of the end date, you may be charged the full replacement value.
Free Return Shipping: As part of our free shipping both ways policy, we cover return costs. Use our label to avoid additional charges.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 72+ hours before shipment are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, refunds are 80% of the rental fee. No refunds are issued after shipment, though you may request a credit for future rentals.
Refund Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation or return inspection.
Non-Refundable Items: Rental fees, processing fees, and any add-ons (e.g., extensions) are non-refundable once processed.
Damage or Loss: If Equipment is damaged beyond normal wear or lost, you are responsible for repair or replacement costs. We assess damage fairly and provide documentation.
4. Disputes and Liability
Disputes: Contact us initially at info@golfsimondemand.com to resolve issues. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of Wisconsin and resolved through arbitration in La Crosse.
Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost use) or delays. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
