At Golf Sim OnDemand, we strive to make renting launch monitors, simulator packages, and event setups flexible and worry-free. Our cancellation policy offers a full refund if you cancel within 72 hours of your rental start date. For other scenarios, we provide clear options to ensure fairness and transparency. Cancellations Within 72 Hours

Cancel your rental within 72 hours of the start date to receive a full refund, including any rental insurance fees. Notify us via 24/7 live chat or email, and if the equipment hasn’t shipped, no further action is needed. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations After 72 Hours

Cancellations after 36 hours but before shipment are eligible for a 50% refund. If the equipment has shipped, no refund is available, but you can return it unused the day after your rental period ends using the prepaid label. Contact us to discuss options like renewals or modifications.

Non-Delivery or Faulty Units

If your rental doesn’t arrive by the evening before your start date or has issues not caused by you (e.g., technical faults), we’ll provide a full refund or swap the unit at no cost. Contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately to resolve the issue and keep your golf experience on track.

Customer Responsibilities

To cancel, notify us via 24/7 live chat or email before the 72-hour window closes. For post-shipment cancellations, return the equipment unused in its original condition using the provided prepaid label. Failure to notify or return may result in additional fees, such as late charges ($25/day).

Renewals or Modifications

Changed plans? Instead of canceling, extend your rental (days, weeks, or months) at the same rates or modify your package. Contact us via 24/7 live chat or email before your rental ends to update your agreement and receive a new return label.
