Return Policy

Returning your rental is simple. Use the included prepaid return label to ship the equipment back the day after your rental period ends. Late Returns

If you miss the return deadline (day after rental period), a late fee of $25/day applies, up to the cost of an additional week’s rental. To avoid fees, contact us before your rental ends to arrange a timely return or renewal.
