Our optional rental insurance ($20/rental) covers all hardware, including total loss, for customer-caused damage. For non-customer-caused issues, we offer free swaps or full refunds. With 24/7 live chat support, we handle any concerns quickly, keeping your golf game seamless and stress-free.

Handling Customer-Caused Damage

If you cause damage to the equipment (e.g., cracked screen, torn enclosure), we assess the extent via photos and inspection upon return. Without insurance, repair costs are charged based on damage severity, up to the equipment’s replacement value. Minor damage may incur lower fees. Rental Insurance Coverage

Add our rental insurance at checkout to cover all customer-caused damage, from minor scratches to total loss (e.g., destroyed launch monitor or enclosure). This protects you from repair or replacement costs, ensuring peace of mind. Insurance applies to all hardware (launch monitors, enclosures, projectors, mats, iPads) for the entire rental period.

Non-Customer-Caused Issues
